BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) - LREA

Attributes for this role you'll have:

  • Previous real estate experience as BDM or similar roles in real estate – 2 YEARS
  • Current NSW Real Estate Class 2 Licence
  • A valid driver’s licence ,  vehicle provided during business hours
  • strong attention to detail and structured in forward planning
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
  • competitive nature and dedicated attitude
  • Sound knowledge and comfortable with new technologies
  • Consistent in following up and following through
  • Property management knowledge/experience 
  • Self motivation and consistent drive
  • Be a team player

Your duties will include:

  • Prospecting new business through the cold calling, database calls and referrals
  • Follow up and convert incoming leads from the sales team
  • Prospecting and cultivating new clients to build and develop new relationships
  • CRM management; we currently use Agentbox
  • Keeping up on market rents and trends
  • Coordinate and attend to Rental appraisals with prospective new clients
  • Provide rental advice and support to Sales Agents
  • Achieve monthly KPI targets
  • Source new avenues to grow the portfolio
  • General administration, Networking and diary entry
  • Mon-fri,  (with the odd Sat but mandatory)
  • Permanent part-time/or fulltime

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the business by building relationships with Investors and partners and the sales team.

 

SALES EXECUTIVE - LREA

This role would suit an established sales agent, however if you have experience in Property Management or Real Estate Business Development and would like to move into Sales, this role would be a perfect opportunity.

In order to secure this fantastic role you will need to demonstrate:

  • A proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • Achieve individual monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets as set by management
  • Demonstrate an ability to convert listing presentations into exclusive office listings (Auction or Private Treaty)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Intermediate to high level computer skills
  • Self-motivated and goal orientated
  • Hold a current Real Estate License/Certificate of Registration
  • Hold a current Drivers License and own Car
