PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE - LREA

 In this role you will see yourself:

  • Monday - Friday 
  • Attend to repairs and maintenance
  • Conducting periodic inspections
  • Attending to Administrative & Property Management responsibilities as directed by the Head of Property Management.

To be considered for this position you will IDEALLY have the following;

  • Immaculate presentation and strong customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised
  • Knowledge of Rest Professional, FileSmart & Agent Box
  • Knowledge of Commercial Leasing an advantage
  • Current LREA
  • Current Drivers License and own Car
  • MUST HAVE at least one year experience.

 

PROPERTY MANAGER - LREA

Previous experience is essential in the following areas;

  • Managing a large property portfolio 
  • Proven record of successful business development
  • Conflict resolution
  • Attendance at Tribunal 
  • Market knowledge
  • Knowledge of Commercial leasing an asset.

To be considered for this position you will also demonstrate;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of Rest Professional, File Smart & Inspection Manager
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook Diary
  • Current License/Certificate of Registration
  • Current Drivers License and own Car

 

SALES EXECUTIVE - LREA

This role would suit an established sales agent, however if you have experience in Property Management or Real Estate Business Development and would like to move into Sales, this role would be a perfect opportunity.

In order to secure this fantastic role you will need to demonstrate:

  • A proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • Achieve individual monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets as set by management
  • Demonstrate an ability to convert listing presentations into exclusive office listings (Auction or Private Treaty)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Intermediate to high level computer skills
  • Self-motivated and goal orientated
  • Hold a current Real Estate License/Certificate of Registration
  • Hold a current Drivers License and own Car
